John Henderson, Honorary Secretarysecretary1.jpg

A regular walker and skier for 25 years, John joined the Club in 2003, which gave him the impetus and goal to compleat all the Munros, which he did in 2005.

Life after the Munros has meant working his way through the Corbetts, Tops and Furths, which has been a very enjoyable experience. If the muscles and joints allow, other activities he enjoys are keep fit, volleyball and golf.

For information regarding membership please contact John via Email.

john-orr-3.jpgJohn Orr, Treasurer

John has 27 years experience of mountaineering, including rock, ice, alpine climbing, hillwalking and skiing. The founder of Scotpeak (website), John has been organising hillwalking and walking holidays, rock climbing courses and outdoor activities for 10 years.

Natacha Mihajlovic, Bus Meets Representative bus_meets.jpg

A keen hillwalker, Natacha enjoys the outdoors and is to be found in the hills most week-ends. She has attended many venues since joining in 1999 and has learnt much from and through this hobby. She hopes to improve as a climber and finds mountaineering to be a continually enriching experience, both physically and mentally. “I have done things I thought myself incapable of. I have seen what I had not seen before. I have met like-minded people who are now friends”

Her mountaineering trips have so far taken her to Canada, Italy and France. Exploring more remote parts of the world is one of her goals.

Contact Natacha via Email to book your place on the next bus meet.

committee1.jpgGraham Milton, Social, Indoor Meets Representative

Graham has been an active member of MMC since 1983 and recently compleated his Munros in 2005. This sounds impressive until you appreciate that he took about 40 years for this achievement - only because the Munro Society kept finding more Munros!

Part of his committee role is arranging the indoor meets and also the Christmas dinner - booking rather than cooking.

For information regarding indoor meets and other social events such as the Club BBQ contact Graham via Email.
